About SloEnduro Day Klagenfurt – Falkenberg
The “SloEnduro Day Klagenfurt – Falkenberg” will take place for the first time on Saturday, 11 May on the trails on Falkenberg in the North of Klagenfurt. It’s not about a timed race, but about pure riding pleasure and fun with friends.
The enduro series from Slovenia is coming to the provincial capital of Carinthia for the first time this year. Whether beginner or pro, young or old – a day full of adrenaline and fun awaits the participants at this new event.
There are two different routes available on the Falkenberg. Timed runs will be held from 9 am to 3 pm, detailed schedule by trail will be announced based on number of participants.
Friends can compete with each other, participants can hone their bike setting and technique and end the day in a cosy atmosphere in the Felsenkeller. In addition to a culinary offer, there will also be a small Trailproof course to give young MTB riders the opportunity to hone their technique.

Entry fee: 20 € (incl. start number board, 1x food + drink, timekeeping)

Falkenberg Trails on Trailforks
Jelly Belly
The Jelly Belly Trail begins with a gentle flow on natural forest soil and then becomes steeper in the middle with fast bends. It stretches over 800 metres and has a difference in altitude of 175 metres.
Scooby
The Scooby Trail offers a more challenging route with natural surfaces, including rocks and roots, that will make the hearts of enduro riders beat faster. There are bypasses at key points for riders who want to avoid them. The length of the trail is approx. 1.2 kilometers with a 175 metre difference in altitude.

Participation
The event is open to cyclists with or without competition licences.
It is recommended that the participant has adequate insurance.
The minimum age for participation is 11 years of age in the current year (i.e. born in 2013 or earlier). For under-age participants, the responsibility is taken by the guardian who signs the registration form.
SloEnduro categories are not valid.
Rules
Protection
Full-face helmet, from 17 years of age (2007 and older) riders can use open-face helmet. Knee pads mandatory. Long gloves, back protector and elbow pads are also recommended. Back protectors are compulsory for participants up to 17 years of age (2006 and younger). All other equipment is subject to the SloEnduro regulations.
Timing chips and activation
Participants collect their chips from the timekeeping service between 8:00 and 9:00. They are activated there and need to be returned after the last timed run.
General propositions
● By paying the entry fee, the participant confirms that he/she agrees to the terms and conditions of these propositions and that he/she participates at his/her own risk (for minors, the responsibility lies with the parents who sign the entry form).
● Medical service is provided at the event.
● An electronic timing system will be used at the event. Participants are obliged to return the chips.
● The organiser reserves the right to change this notice and will inform participants in due time.
● The event will be held regardless of weather conditions.
