until Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 24:00 or until all places (MAX. 300).

There is no registration at the day of the race.

The no licence riders will have to register on the site http://e3c.360mtb.org/ by 24.00 hours of Wednesday, April 8, 2015 and make payment (in the fee includes the cost of € 15.00 for each day of the race FCI daily licence) by:

*while the day of the event will have to fill the day license upon presentation of a medical certificate cycling discipline.

Registrations are accepted up to the maximum number of 300 participants.

In case of cancellation of registered athletes, the inscriptions are reopened if the organization deems it necessary.

Participation fee:

The fee includes the race number, a refreshment on the track, race package, timing service, bike wash, area Team.

The ranking will be published on the site

Termination of participation:

You can not replace a registered participant. If rider is unable to participate in the Enduro 3 Camini 2015, enrollment will NOT be held valid for the year 2016 and the registration fee paid will NOT be refunded. It is also not expected to ship in the race pack.

The numbers have to be taken by the head of the team or personally, showing the Federal licence FCI / UCI and the receipt of payment. Photocopies are not permitted, or other types of documents.

Time and starting order:

Saturday, April 11: The program of free practice is planned from 9: 00-12: 00 and only after having taken and put the numbers on the bike. The race will start at 13:00.

Sunday, April 12: The race will start at 10:00.

The first 100 numbers will be allocated according to the Italian Ranking Top Class and the National Ranking SloEnduro. Those following will be consecutive and the allocation will be based on the order of registration. The start date is based on the number assigned. The organization will deliver to each competitor a personal time table on which are marked with journey times to be respected. It is the responsibility of the competitor to check for any errors of their departure time including the time table.

Timing:

The timing service will be made by the Italian Federation Timekeepers sect. Trieste

Clothing and protection accessories:

You must wear a helmet during the whole course of the race, both in transfers and during the special stages. In Stage is compulsory to wear full-face helmet, long gloves, protection for the knees and back protector CE approved. You may use the helmet lighter type XCO during transfers.

Bike:

It is forbidden to replace the frame, fork, wheels, during the whole entire competition. The organization will provide during license checks to each competitor labels stickers, for the frame, the front fork and the wheels of the bike and it is up to each competitor to apply them to their bike. During the race the organization will check marks (punching) and the competitor will not have all the marks correctly positioned or not present at verification, will be disqualified.

Time Controls:

Are provided, a time control and a refreshment to the Saturday after the Stage 2 and the Sunday after the Stage 6.

The time controls will be reported with two flags and / or tables that will also act as the yellow line detection of the time, as well as line Start / Finish. Competitors who do not respect the times imposed time controls will be penalized 60 seconds for every minute of their time difference with the theoretical. The minutes of penalty will be added to the total travel time of the special stages.

Special Stages:

The time of the special stages is calculated as the difference between the transit time in the timing of the end point of the special stage and the beginning of the special stage. Admission is free in special test within the times indicated by the time table of each competitor. For organizational and security service personnel will be able to wait for the competitors before entering the special test, while observing the order of presentation. Any cyclists transiting late beginning of the special stage after the time indicated in their timetable will suffer a penalty equal to the time delay. Also will be imposed a maximum time delay to be determined by the race and communicated in answering before departure. Any cyclists transiting the beginning of the special stage outside the time limit will be automatically excluded from the race.

Maximum time:

The maximum times will be communicated by the organization.

Competitors who retire or are out of time, must reach the start as soon as possible and by removing the number plate from the bike or by ticking the number with an x.

Results and awards:

The results will be exhibited in the arrival area Sunday, 04/12/2015. The list of participants (updated constantly), start lists and results can also be consulted on the website of the organizers.

The official award ceremony will take place on Sunday, 04.12.2015 at 17.00. Prizes are not sent home.

Awards:

There will be cash prizes established by the award chart FCI.

All prizes are gross of withholding taxes.

The top three winners in each category are awarded on stage.

Health care:

Health care includes the presence of ambulances with doctors, health workers, the Mountain Rescue and helicopter support.

To give way to rescuers to reach a possible competitor injured along a Stage, this may be suspended.

Mobile and mechanical assistance:

The assistance of private vehicles following the race is strictly prohibited under penalty of disqualification of the participant, except the points provided by the organization

Complaints:

Any complaints must be submitted to the jury in terms together with the fee provided for under the rules of the UCI and F.C.I. The cost of the claim is € 50 which will be returned only if the complaint is accepted.

Cancellation of the event:

The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the regulations, the performance and the profile of the route and the race, in consultation with the Technical Delegate and the Chief Judge. The event will take place in the presence of any weather that does not jeopardize the safety and health of the participants, and may be discontinued at the discretion of the organizer in consultation with the Technical Delegate and the Chief Judge. If, for reasons of force majeure, the event is not run, the amount of participation will not be refunded or transferred to the next year. All the details will be announced on the internet or on site, during the race.

Variations:

The organization reserves the right at any time to make changes to the Regulation. The website is the official information of the event. Therefore all official communications will be announced on the website.

Disqualifaction:

Participation with the number of another runner, giving the number to others or other serious matter, which will be detected by the organization, will cause the immediate exclusion from the event or the exclusion from the classification and disqualification from the event by two to five years . The above measures are adopted by the organization.

It appeals to the public spirit of the participants in order not to throw litter along the way, but to dispose of in the containers at the refreshment, identified by a start and end options. Competitors, who throw objects of any kind outside of space, are disqualified.

It is absolutely forbidden, on pain of disqualification or exclusion, the use of bicycles fitted with any kind of support, help of electrical and / or electronic, of pedal assistance or tandem

Responsibility:

Participation in the Enduro 3 Camini 2015 is at your own risk. By registering (also at the hands of third parties) the competitor waiver of any rights, including third, against the organizing committee and all natural and legal persons of other organizations involved in the event. Moreover, with the entry the competitor declares to be adequately trained to cope with the effort required.

Standards:

Although not covered by this Regulation, the normal rules implementing off-road FCI 2015 and UCI regulations.

Signature:

By sending the registration form, the competitor declares:

- To have a medical certificate in accordance with the Ministerial Decree 18/02/82 of the disqualification of the athlete, the organization does not accept any liability for any accident or illness of the athlete

- To have a regular membership card when writing to a Cycling Federation

- To have read of this Regulation

The participant gives consent use of its images and data, right to the provisions of the Privacy Act no. 675 of 31/12/1996.
