Race description

Enduro Krokar is a one days event which counts into SloEnduro 4Fun ranking.

On Saturday May 5h 2017 the trails will be open the whole day and available for riders to check them.

On Sunday, the race day, riders will have time to see the trails until 10.00hrs. Race will be held on three different trails around Dobrna and it’s neighborhood.

Exact race course will be known a few days before the competition.

Race format

Classical format with three special stages on three different trails.

Starting order

Starting order will be made according to SloEnduro rules. Riders will ride in normal starting order, so the best ranked rider (number 1) will start the first, while the rest will follow.

14.00 – 15.00 – Race office open

Sunday, May 7th 2017:

9.00 – 10.00 – Race office open

9.00 – 10.00 – Course check

11.00 – First rider start

15.00 – 16.00 Award ceremony (aprox. 30min after last rider arrives to finish)

Race course description

Race will be held on the race course with three different stage in total downhill lenght of aproximately 4.5km and 750m of height loss. Stages are mostly made on new trails around Dobrna, mostly on dirt ground with some root and stone sections. Mostly the stages are held on forest trails, while some of the are also on open. Trails are partly technical and partly fast, while the transfers are held on asphalt and gravel roads.

Start and finish area will be held in center of Dobrna. At the same place also feed zone will be held with drinks and meals for the riders.

Exact race course will be published on Wednesday, May 3rd 2017.

Arrival

Main race venue will be situated in center of Dobrna. Race office, timing crew and informations desk will be held on the same spot as well. The same place will be a start for all transfer as well.

Parking spots are available directly on arrival to Dobrna on right side.

Safety gear

Safety gear is mandatory according to SloEnduro rules. On stages there is mandatory to use: full-face helmet, knee protectors and full-finger gloves. Back protector and elbow protectors are highly advised as well.

On transfer riders can ride with normal XC helmet. All protection must be well fitted during the stages, while on transfers riders are not obligated to use it, except for the helmet.

Basic rules

Competition will run under rules of UCI and rules of KZS (Slovenian Cycling Federation) for Enduro and SloEnduro rules.
Any riding outside the marked trail is not allowed and will be monitored with timing chips and marshals. Any cutting of the trail will be sanctioned
Competitors are taking part of the race on their own risk
Prize fund is under the rules of SloEnduro
Results of the race will be published on the race venue, 30min after finish and later on website www.sloenduro.com
Delegate of SloEnduro is taking care for everything to be in accordance to the rules and arrangment inside of SloEnduro (numbers, sponsors, starting positions etc…)
On race day race office will be located on start-finish area. Arrival to the venue will be marked, as well as transfers to the start of the stages.
On transfers riders will need to observe all road traffic regulations.
With entry fee payment and starting number pick-up every rider confirms to agree with all conditions of this propositions and is riding on his own risk. Young riders needs an adult person to take a responsibility for him which should be made by his parents or and adult person who signs an entry form.
Team managers meeting will be held before the start of the race, like it is sheduled on the event programme. Meeting will be held at the race office.
Riders have to take care to pick up the timing chips before the start.
Riding and warming-up on the race course in the time of the event is prohibited and will be sanctioned.
There will be marshals positioned beside the course
Protecting gear is mandatory like the rules of KZS for enduro sais (Full-face helmet on the stages, XC helmet is allowed on transfers. Kneepads, full-finger glowes are mandatory on the stages).
Complaints will be accepted by racing commision in accordance with the rules. It will be accepted by cheif referee up to 10 minutes after results release. Complaint caution to be paid 20,00eur
Medical team will be present on the race venue.
Race will be run with the use of electronic timing. Riders are obliged to return chip, otherwise organiser will charge a costs for a lost chip, which is 50,00eur
Organiser reserves the right to change this propositions, which will be announced soon enough.
Organiser is not responsible for the consequences, which riders cause to their self, other riders or third party.
Race course will be marked at least one day before the start and ready for inspection.
Organiser reservers the right to change the course, stage number or stage lenght due to unexpected situation such as bad weather and similar. Organiser will announce any changes soon enough.

Organiser reserves the right to change the race propositions without further warning

Entries and starting fee

Entries sistem

Entries will run trough the Prijavim.se portal. Other options will not be available. The entry is succesfull when the rider:

– correctly fills up and send the entry form trough Prijavim.se

– pays the entry fee trough Prijavim.se system or organisers bank account (informations below)

– sents the bank transaction receipt to the organisers email

Entries deadline

Wednesday, May 3rd 2017 or until all spots are filled.

Late entries

Late entries will be available also on the day of the event or until all spots are filled. Organiser will communicate the riders trough the Facebook in case of all spots are filled for the race. In case of free spot availalbe, all riders entered on the day of the event will be allowed to participate.

Entry fee

25,00eur (for entries and payments received until the entry deadline. Payments trough the Prijavim.se or directly the organisers account)

Late entry fee

35,00eur (for all entries and payments received after the deadline and all entries and payments received on the day of the event)

Entry fee payment

Entries are open at Prijavim.se portal. Entry fee can be paid by Prijavim.se portal which has Paypal and direct bank transaction option. The system will guide you trough the payment procedure.

Payments can be also done directly to the organisers bank account:

Payment has to be done until 24.00 on May 3rd 2017. Payments done after this deadline will be obligated only in case of showing the bank receipt of the payment.

If you are paying for other riders, write donw their name in the payment porpouse.

All entries without the payment will be charged as the late entry.

No license riders

Riders without the license can race without any extra limits. Entry is obligatory by Prijavim.se as well as for all other riders and categories.

Organiser advises to order an Slovenian Cycling Federation membership card, but it’s not obligatory. With the membership, riders gets the thirdy party liability insurance for the whole season.

Riders can order, pay and receive the card also on the day of the event.

Underage riders

For all underage riders (born after May 6th 1999) the responsibility has to be taken by an adult person, who sign their entry form.
