Race description
Race will take place on Schöckl mountain close to Graz, Austria. It will be a lift assisted 5-Stage Enduro racec with pedal transfers. The race will host the Austrian Enduro Championships as well. Trails will be on official bikepark trails and others. The terrain is generally steep and of rocky and rooty nature. The “Trail Area” a bikepark-type trailnetwork is hosting the race, which is organized by local bike club RADLAGER powered by bikeshop LEMUR and bike magazine LINES.
Official training and Prologue will be on Saturday. Race will be on Sunday.
Race format
Prologue will be on Saturday evening and is mandatory, with time penalty for absentees. All Stages will be raced on Sunday.
Starting orders
Will be made according to SloEnduro rules. Riders will start in normal start order.

Race course description
Length: Will be announced aditionally
Stages number: 5
Start area = finish area: Schöckl gondola station
Terrain details: almost entirely in the woods, steep to very steep with a lot of rocks and roots
Altitude: 1.415m(top) with 650m vertical drop.
Exact race course will be announced on Friday before the race.

Kenda SuperStage will be organised on the race Enduro Gradec. Organisers will decide which stage is the most special one which will be remembered by riders the most. That stage will be chosen to wear a title “Kenda SuperStage”. Fastest rider on that stage will be awarded by Kenda.

Protection gear
(Regulations of Austrian cycle federations apply!!!)
Fullface helmets, knee protectors, gloves AND back protector on the stages, halfshell or fullface for transfer IS MANDATORY!
Attention!!!
ATTENTION!!!: Eventhough there will be a “hobby-class” THIS IS NOT A HOBBY RACE – THIS IS AN AUSTRIAN CHAMPIONSHIP. Organisers presum physical fitness oft he athletes: Make sure you are fit enough to pedal up Schoeckl mountain at least once. The stages will be especially difficult and rough and can only be ridden by experienced riders. We strongly recommend to have ridden the track once before.
Basic rules
- Competition will run under rules of UCI, rules ÖRV (Austrian Cycling Federation) for Enduro and SloEnduro rules.
- Any kind of course cutting is not allowed on the trails. It will be randomly checked. Any violation of this rule will lead to disqualification of the rider.
- Prologue is not obligatory to ride. Riders not present will get an avarage time of the whole field.
- Competitors are taking part of the race on their own risk
- Results of the race will be published on the race venue at “the race office”, 30min after finish and later on website www.sloenduro.com
- Delegate of SloEnduro is taking care for everything to be in accordance to the rules and arrangment inside of SloEnduro (numbers, sponsors, starting positions etc…)
- On Saturday and Sunday race office will be located in close proximity to the gondola station. Arrival to the venue will be marked, as well as transfers to the start of the stages.
- On transfers riders will need to observe all road traffic regulations.
- With entry fee payment and starting number pick-up every rider confirms to agree with all conditions of this propositions and is riding on his own risk. Young riders needs an adult person to take a responsibility for him which should be made by his parents or an adult person who signs an entry form.
- Team managers meeting will be held before the start of the race, like it is sheduled on the event programme. Meeting will be held at the race office.
- Riders have to take care to pick up the timing chips before the start.
- Riding and warming-up on the race course in the time of the event is prohibited and will be sanctioned.
- There will be marshal positioned beside the course
- Any riding outside the marked trail is not allowed and will be sanctioned
- Protecting gear is mandatory like the rules of ÖRV for enduro says (Full-face helmet on the stages, XC helmet is allowed on transfers. Kneepads, full-finger gloves AND backprotectors are mandatory on the stages).
- Complaint will be accepted by racing commision in accordance with the rules. It will be accepted by chief referee up to 10 minutes after results release. Complaint caution to be paid 20,00eur
- Medical team will be present on the race venue.
- Race will be run with the use of electronic timing. Riders are obliged to return chip, otherwise organiser will charge a costs for a lost chip, which is 50,00eur
- Organiser reserves the right to change this propositions, which will be announced soon enough.
- Organiser is not responsible for the consequences, which riders cause to their self, other riders or third party.
- Race course will be marked at least one day before the start and ready for inspection.
- Organiser reserves the right to change the course, stage number or stage length due to unexpected situation such as bad weather and similar. Organiser will announce any changes soon enough.

Entries deadline
Wednesday before the race OR when 200 entries have been reached.
Late entries
If entries haven’t reached 200 by the day of the race, late entries will be possible at the race office.

No license riders
Riders without a license can participate in two ways.
- Purchase a “daily license” (by UNIQA insurance). It costs 15 Euro and covers Saturday and Sunday. You have to book and pay this additional licence fee until September 15th directly to Radlager. Again make sure you do this until September 15th.
- Purchase a “ÖRV Bike Marathon card”. It costs 39,90 Euro and will cover you on the race-weekend every other race in Austria for 12 month. You can order it online (http://www.radsportverband.at) OR you can purchase it at the Schoeckl race office.
Non license riders can only participate in HOBY category!
