Enduro Gradec is just around the corner and it’s time for some last informations. Organisers sent us a race course map, which we are publishing underneath.
Race course will be formed by five special stages. First one will be going from the top of the hill, about 1450m above sea level, and will finish at about half way down towards the valles. Transfer to the top of the stage one will be made with gondola, which will at the same time be all the help of gondola for the day. Transfer to the second stage will be on pedals almost back to the top of the hill, while the stage will finish a bit lower than the first one. Transfer to the third stage, which is a bit moved away from others, will follow.
After third stage, the longest transfer of the day will bring riders back to the top, to the start of fourth stage, which was choosen to be Kenda SuperStage. This will be the longest and wildest stage on the race, that is why organisers choosed it for the special one. Fastest man and fastest woman on this stage will be rewarded by Kenda.
Short transfer to the last stage will follow. Last stage will be the same as the prologue and the shortest one as well, but not any less interesting, since it will finish at the race venue itself.
Reversed start order
Even if the race propositions say different, organisers made a decision to make a change and they will use a reversed start order. It means that rider with number one will start as the last one, while the riders with highest numbers (around 180) will start the first. So riders with numbers around 180 can expect start of the first transfer aroun 8.20 on Sunday, while number one rider will go up around 9.50. Exact timetables will be given to the riders at the race office.
