Event Description
The race will last two days and will take place as part of the Ljubljana MTB Vikend festival. Saturday’s portion will be held entirely at the Ljubljana Bike Park in Podutik, while Sunday’s portion will take place on the Golovec trails. The competition will consist of a total of five special stages ridden in pairs—two stages on Saturday and three on Sunday.
The stages will take place on purpose-built mountain bike trails, while transfers will be along forest trails, paths, gravel roads, and, in part, on public roads, where traffic regulations must be observed.
- Saturday: Each rider must complete a minimum of approximately 200 meters of elevation gain.
- Sunday: Each rider must complete a minimum of approximately 350 meters of elevation gain.
- In total, each rider must complete a minimum of approximately 550 meters of elevation gain over both days.
- Riders who complete individual stages multiple times will also cover more elevation gain.
- Each member of a pair may choose the number of additional runs independently.
- Each rider chooses a partner with whom they will compete as a pair.
- Each member of the pair must complete each stage at least once.
- Each rider may complete an individual stage multiple times within the allotted time. It is not necessary for both members of the pair to complete the same number of runs—only one of them may complete the additional runs.
- The result for each stage is based on the best time achieved by each member of the pair.
- The final result for the pair is the sum of the best times of both competitors across all five stages.
- Electric mountain bikes are permitted, and competitors may use them within the designated categories; there will be no separate e-bike category.
There will be a separate Mini Enduro race held on two simple special stages for the youngest riders, born in 2016 and later.

- pairs with a combined age of 40 to 80 years (men/women)
