Here is the course of the only two day event of the 2021 SloEnduro series. Four special stages, 1600 elevation meters of “leg powered” climbing (including training) and 970 m of timed descending.
Saturday’s special stage at Petzen has been shortened due to bad weather forecast. The start of SS1 will be lower down the Thriller course so the stage will be 1.6 in length with 230 vertical meters of descending. Access to top by gondola and ride to start via Flow trail.
On Sunday in Jamnica the first special stage (SS2) will be on Murova + Trnova trails, longest of the day with 2.1 in length and with a vertical drop of 320 m.
Two shorter special stages will follow: the classic Mlinarska as SS3 (1.3 km, 200 m drop) and the Scottish Bomb as SS4 (1.5 km, 230 m drop). Scottish Bomb is a new, very attractive trail and that is why it has been chosen as Kenda SuperStage this time, even if it is not the longest or the hardest.
The total climbing/descending elevation of Jamnica loop is 721 vertical meters and it is 15.6 km in length. Therefore a total of 1442 vertical meters and 31.2 km in two loops (training + race).
