This end of the week, on Sunday to be exact, we are opening this year’s race season of SloEnduro. As appropriate for the beginning, we are starting the season with a 4Fun series race, which many riders will take as a training and fun, but it will definitely be exciting. On the entry list we have almost 130 entered riders with 24hours still to go, so we could reach a record number of riders in a 4Fun series race.
Organizers informed us that they had to change the course and program of the race in last minute. Due to some problems with holding the race on first planned stages, they were forced to move them on different trails and consequently the race program had to be changed as well. The start venue remains the same, shopping center Montedoro in Muggia. Race office will be open from 8.00 till 10.00 for number plate pick up.
At 10.30 riders breifing will be held at the start, while the planned training is cancelled as the race starts already at 11.00.
For the start riders will have to complete in the prologue and from there on they will head to another location where two different trails will be waiting for them. Each trail will be ridden twice (Trail A 1st, Trail B 1st, Trail A 2nd, Trail B 2nd), so at the end we will get the winner after adding together the five stages of the day.
Award ceremony will follow at the same location as the start of the race – Montedoro shopping center in Muggia.
