Some of SloEnduro riders will have to come almost directly from Trieste to Kamnik, if they want to score points on both events. Race in Trieste is not fully out of our minds, but most of the riders are allready in Kamnik with their toughts, where new SloEnduro 4Fun race awaits them this saturday.
Shorten course for more fun
Organiser from Kamnik, who made a successful race in last season, has decided to host a race in new 4Fun series, which should be shorter and easier to access for wider range of riders. So the race course will be shorter, but will still give an advantage for better prepared riders. Competitors will head to the start of first stage from 12.00 on, which will run from Žale to Streliška street in Kamnik, mostly on the descent of traditional XC race in Kamnik.
After first stage, riders will head up to old castle above Kamnik, where start of the second stage will be waiting for them. It will be mostly the same stage as last year’s stage one and three, which was finishig near health center in Kamnik. Riders will have three hours to ride on this stage as many times as they want and can, but on the end only three best times will be calculated in their total time, plus time of the first stage.

Who are the favorites?
After first race in Trieste we could tell easier who are the potentional winners, but Vid Peršak, winner of the first race of the season is not on the entry list. Organisers are still waiting for his confirmation as well as confirmation from Peter Mlinar, who could be a serious candidate for the win. Robert Kodrež allready told us that he won’t be part of the race, even if he could be in the game for victory. It makes our circle of candidates for the win pretty wide. We can find Tilen Leban on the starts list, as well as Tadej Razpet who was facing some techical problems in Trieste. We can’t forget about local Gregor Ferk, who can always surprise and many other fast riders who are going to ride hard for the win. We won’t get bored, that is for sure.
Race begins at 12.00 with start of the first rider from Gimnasium of Rudolf Maister, heading for stage one. Closing of the race is expected around 16.30.
