Enduro Cerkno 2017 race course is revealed. There will be five stages waiting for the riders at mostly known terrains in bike park Cerkno and it’s neigborhood. As allready known, main race venue will be held at the top of the park, next to the Alpska Perla cabin. Four out of five stages will be starting right in front of the cabin, next to the Počivalo upper station.
After Saturday’s prologue in Cerkno town, Sunday will be reserved for real bussines. Race will start with the first stages which will be held from the Počivalo top mostly on the left side of the park. At the Počivalo bottom (bottom lift station), the trail will continoue down the hill on the allready know line below the park and will finish next to “Bar Lovec” guest house. Riders will have to pedal all the way back to the top from there, without any help of the chairlift.
Second stage will be held on the right lines of the park, starting at the Počivalo top (Alpska Perla cabin) and finishing at the Počivalo bottom (bottom lift station). Riders will go back to the top with the help of the chairlift and will continoue their transfer to the third stages on their bike.
Third stage is allready known, the Rupnik line. The longest stage of the day will bring the riders about 600m lower. They will have to pedal back to the chairlift which will help them to come back to the top.
Fourth stage will be reserved for Kenda SuperStage award. It will start on the same line as the first stage but will change it’s direction below the Počivalo bottom. After bottom lift station it goes on brand new attractive line which will bring riders back to the “Bar Lovec” guest house again. They have to pedal back to the chairlift which will help them to complete the climb.
Only one more short stage on the right side of the park will be left till the end of the day and a lift assisted transfer back to the top.
