New SloEnduro season, fifth in a row, is just around the corner. Before the first SloEnduro race in Grožnjan riders will have a chance to warm up already next weekend at GoEnduro in Italian Gorizia, which will host the first 4Fun race of the season. It’s about time to expose those who helped the 2017 season to happen.
SloEnduro powered by Kenda
The SloEnduro sponsors throne in this season will be taken by Kenda, which showed great support already in 2016 and it gave a great push to SloEnduro. Kenda’s representatives were very satisfied with last season, so quickly they decided to go on with their support this year as well.
Kenda will be present on all SloEnduro races with their stand, so they are looking forward to welcome the riders at the season opening in Grožnjan, which is coming in three weeks from now. Under their roof you will be able to see all the novelties for the season as well as some activities will be prepared to make things a bit more interesting and fun. So don’t forget to stop by the Kenda roof 
Kenda SuperStage is returning as well. On each race the most special stage will be exposed and chosen to wear the Kenda SuperStage title. The fastest rider on that stage will be awarded at the end of the race, same as in the 2016 season. At the end of the season, the calculation of all Kenda SuperStages will be made and the fastest rider will again be rewarded at the series final ceremony.
Beside Kenda, the series will be supported by some other already known sponsors, while a few of them chose a different way and will support other branches of the mountain bike community.
Cube remains amongst sponsors joined by Energija
Beside Kenda one of our greatest sponsors and series supporter is a great bike brand Cube, which supported the series in the last two seasons with help of Keindl Sport, Slovenian market distributor. Cube’s support of the series was so strong that it really made a difference and helped to bring the series to the level where it is today. In 2017 “powered by” title will be passed to Kenda, while the Cube brand sponsorship will be taken over by Slovenian Cube retailers Energija from Domžale in cooperation with Keindl Sport. Energija shop is one of the strongest Slovenian Cube retailers, which will also be in the company of the other sponsors.
O’Neal presenting the Rookie of the year title again
O’Neal, one of the first solid sponsors of SloEnduro, remains among the important partners of the series in cooperation with the company Velo d.d.. In 2017 O’Neal will once again support the Rookie of the year ranking and award the best rookie at the end of the season. The rules remain unchanged: the title goes to the highest ranked rider who has never been ranked in the previous seasons.
mtb.si as our link to the world
mtb.si, the largest mountain bike media in Slovenia, remains the media partner of the series. They also have and English site from 2016 and they started Croatian site mtb.hr in 2017.
Of course we should not forget the ones who have been with us in the past and have decided not to continue in 2017. Unior Tools and iXS were important partners of SloEnduro in the past two seasons and helped the series to develop. Their support will still be visible in 2017.
