Course description and race system

Race will be held on two different trails in bike park Rogla. Riders will have time to check and ride on the trails in the morning with a help of the chairlift.

Race will be held alternately on both stages. Riders will have to ride each stage twice, so at the end we will have four stage times on two different trails for the final result.

Transfers will be made with a chairlift and on the pedals as well. Training before the race will be allowed fully with a chairlift, so riders will only have to climb on theirs pedals twice. Ticket is included in the starting fee and the park remains open after the race.

The exact combination of the race stages and transfers will be published before the race.

Event description

Race will be held on two different trails in bike park rogla.

Racing format

Competition will be held on two different stages, combinations of the Bike Park Rogla trails, Rogla1 and Rogla2. Transfers will be made with a chairlift and on the pedals as well. The chairlift will be available for the training for all riders. Ticket is included in the race fee. After the competition the bike park will be left open for the riders.

Early entry fee: 20 €. (the cost includes the daily ticket for the bike park)

Early entry deadline: 07.7.2016.

Entries after deadline are possible with a fee of 25 €.

Unlicensed competitors are only able to race upon submitting an annual membership card of the Slovenian Cycling Federation (KZS) and they race in the hobby category.

*The KZS membership card (covers liability insurance against third parties – white card). It will also be possible to obtain this card at the registration desk at current prices set by the KZS. The minimum requirement is possession of a White card, which costs EUR 10.00. The membership card (10,00eur) is than valid for the whole season for all races in Slovenia.

Basic rules

Competition will run under rules of UCI, rules KZS (Slovenian Cycling Federation) for Enduro and SloEnduro rules.
Competitors are taking part of the race on their own risk
Prize fund is under the rules of SloEnduro
Results of the race will be published on the race venue 30min after finish and later on website www.sloenduro.com

On Sunday race office will be located at the cable car bottom station. Arrival to the venue will be marked, as well as transfers to the start of the stages. Riders will have follow all traffic rules on the transfers and “pause” part between both stage parts!
With entry fee payment and starting number pick-up every rider confirms to agree with all conditions of this propositions and is riding on his own risk.
Young riders needs an adult person to take a responsibility for him which should be made by his parents or an adult person who signs an entry form.
Team managers meeting will be held before the start of the race, like it is sheduled on the event programme. Meeting will be held at the race office (cable car bottom station).
Riders have to take care to pick up the timing chips before the start.
Riding and warming-up on the race course in the time of the event is prohibited and will be sanctioned.
Protecting gear is mandatory like the rules of KZS for enduro sais (Full-face helmet on the stages, XC helmet is allowed on transfers. Kneepads, full-finger glowes are mandatory on the stages).
Complaints will be accepted by racing commision in accordance with the rules. It will be accepted by cheif referee up to 10 minutes after results release. Complaint caution to be paid 20,00eur
Medical team will be present on the race venue.
Race will run with the use of electronic timing. Riders are obligated to return chip, otherwise organiser will charge a costs for a lost chip, which is 40,00eur
Organiser reserves the right to change this propositions, which will be announced soon enough.
Organiser is not responsible for the consequences, which riders cause to their self, other riders or third party.
Race course will be marked at least one day before the start and ready for inspection.
Organiser reservers the right to change the course, stage number or stage lenght due to unexpected situation such as bad weather and similar. Organiser will announce any changes soon enough.
Any riding outside the marked trail is not allowed and will be sanctioned
